When can I pick my puppy?
Great question! We temperament our puppies, so this means we work together to find the most suitable puppy for your family. Once you reserve a puppy, we’ll send you a questionnaire to find out more about your lifestyle, preferences for personality, and previous ownership experience, etc. For Cocker Spaniel puppies, we will of course take color requests, and both breed questionnaires will give you the option for choosing male or female.  When puppies are close to seven weeks old, we begin the matching process.
Can I breed my AKC puppy?
All puppies are sold with pet registration. If you want full rights, please share that information.
Will you deliver the puppy to me?
There are a variety of options for Go Home Day! If you are not local to me, I help you find a trusted ground transporter or flight nanny. For an added delivery fee, I will travel in a two-hour radius of my home. Contact me to discuss your situation!
What health testing do you perform?
All of our adults are Embark DNA tested and genetically clear for inherited diseases. Additionally, we test hips, elbows, and cardiac health through OFA.
Why do you breed Golden Retrievers and Cocker Spaniels?
I breed Golden Retrievers and Cocker Spaniels because they are two of my most favorite breeds! Both have wonderful, people loving temperaments and are beloved family dogs. Their outdoors, hunting origins make both breeds highly trainable. Additionally, the size variation allows the puppies to be socialized to dogs of different sizes.
